How long will it take to receive my order?

Merchandise will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days after payment received. Some items will be post automatically electronically directly out of our warehouse. Shipping time normally takes 7-10 business days (sometimes an extra day or 2 if shipping during a holiday). Tracking numbers are also available 3 business days after payment is received.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

Possibly. If you have found a mistake in your order or wish to make a change, please contact us ASAP. If your order has entered the production process, we cannot make any alterations. To avoid such situations, we strongly suggest that you review your order prior to submission, as we simply cannot guarantee that changes to your order are possible once it has been submitted.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for any apparel. All apparel must still have all original tags, or a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and orders with free-shipping will incur a $6.95 shipping fee deducted from the respective refund.
